Microvalve
The Taylor-Cain microvalve is a popular extraction valve utilized across the agrochemical industry for closed transfer systems. A spring actuated system provides immediate connection and disconnection. The microvalve is compatible with all industry standard 3-pin agrochemical couplers.
Drybreak
The Taylor-Cain drybreak is designed to meet the demand for closed transfer systems. The push-to-connect design is user friendly and provides instant engagement.
Checkvalve Options*
Checkvalves feature an internal diaphragm that allows the product to be extracted but not re-filled. Available with Viton (gold) or EPDM (green) and with flat 1” plugs or raised 1” plugs.

Checkvalve Optional Add-Ons
Male camlocks screw into the 1” nps threads on checkvalves creating a connection point for a female coupler to attach onto for product extraction. Available in Viton or EPDM.

Spigot / Tip and Pour Options*
Tip and pour applications are designed for dispensing product when the drum is on its side utilizing and adaptor with the TCC long spigot which easily clears the top chime. The adaptors are available in multiple styles: with Viton (gold) or EPDM (green) and with or without an internal diaphragm. The diaphragm allows product to pour out, but not refilled. An open adaptor (no diaphragm) and can be used for pouring and refilling product.

Mixer
The Taylor-Cain Corporation mixer offers a closed system option for agitating product. Remove the top (gold) lid to expose a hex, stainless steel shaft which is compatible with any drill and a 1/4″ hex socket. When the lid is removed, the mixer also provides venting during extraction. The impellers are expertly crafted to fly open when the shaft begins to spin and provides excellent mixing action to quickly resuspend your product while maintaining a closed system.
Drybreak*
Drybreaks, as secondary fittings, are recirculation valves. These are available with and without a diptube attachment. If the product you’re recirculating tends to foam, adding a diptube to the drybreak can prevent excess foaming by recirculating towards the base of the container eliminating added splash.

Vent Options*
Vent your package with either a manual vent or an automatic pressure relief vent. Both are available in EPDM and Viton.

Solid Plug Options*
Solid plugs feature a ¾” NPS knockout if desired. Available in Viton or EPDM.

Adaptor Options*
Adaptors resize the 2” buttress thread on the drum to a 1” opening. Available in Viton or EPDM.

Shipping Options*
Palletized loads come shrinkwrapped and banded and are available for full truckloads and less than full truckload orders. Maximize your freight efficiency with logstacked containers. Containers will ship stacked on their sides, no pallets necessary. Log stacking is not available for less than full truckloads.

Taylor-Cain ProTec-Tainer™️
Taylor-Cain ProTec-Tainer™️ is the ideal container line for agricultural chemicals that have solvent carriers and require permeation control to keep active ingredients properly diluted. TCC ProTec-Tainer™️ utilizes a unique barrier resin additive to HDPE creating tortuous paths within the container to prevent the escape of potentially hazardous materials.
